Swarm Trapped and Hived Monday, May 10

I had a call late last night from Henry that there were bees in one of JT’s swarm traps.  This morning was cold, cloudy, and rainy so JT sent me up the ladder to check out the trap.   The bees were not flying, but sure enough, there was a swarm in the trap.   I brought it down from the tree and dumped the bees into a new hive body that JT had ready and waiting.  They had built a substantial amount of comb in the trap over night.  I left the comb in place and replaced the trap up in the tree.  Time will tell if the swarm does well in its new home.
